Ingredients
- Marmite & Cheese
- Cheese, Ham & Pineapple with a tomato sauce base
- Grated Apple, cinnamon & brown sugar
- Spinach, Feta & Cheese
- Cheese, Grated Carrot & Zucchini
- 1Cup Greek Yoghurt
- 1 ½Cups Self Raising Flour + more for dusting
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat Oven to 180C BakeStep 2
Prepare an oven tray with baking paper and set aside.Step 3
In a medium bowl add the self raising flour and Greek yoghurt and stir gently to combineStep 4
Tip out onto a well floured surface and begin to knead the dough togetherStep 5
If you feel it is a bit sticky still feel free to sprinkle a little flour at a time and knead againStep 6
With a floured rolling pin roll the dough into a rough rectangle shape until approx 1cm thick.Step 7
Add the toppings, err on the side of adding a good amount of flavour rather than lessStep 8
Beginning on the top long edge roll the dough towards you with dry floured hands, firmly rolling until you reach the bottom edgeStep 9
Using a sharp knife slice 1-2cm slices and place on the prepared baking tray filling side up.Step 10
You may wish to slightly reshape them into a circleStep 11
Add more grated cheese to the top if you wishStep 12
Bake for 16-22 minutes until goldenStep 13
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.Step 14
If freezing ensure they are completely cool before you pop them in the freezer.
