- 6small tomatoes , diced
- 1small onion , chopped
- 20g coriander , chopped
- 1-2 jalapeños , chopped
- 1tsp sea salt
- Squeeze lime juice

Prepare the salsa bandera in a bowl: mix together the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped coriander and chopped jalapeños in a bowl. Season with salt and the squeeze of lime juice.
