Smoked Salmon Bagels

Ingredients
- 4Bagels
- 150g Cream cheese
- 2Zweige Dill
- 2Zweige Watercress
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 120g Smoked salmon (cold-smoked)
- 2TL Lemon juice
- Lemon wedges (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash the dill, shake it dry, and roughly chop. Also, wash the watercress, shake it dry, and then tear it apart.Step 2
Bake the bagels in the oven for 5 minutes, halve them horizontally, and spread the cream cheese on the bottom halves. Distribute the watercress and smoked salmon on top, season with salt and freshly ground pepper.Step 3
