  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash the dill, shake it dry, and roughly chop. Also, wash the watercress, shake it dry, and then tear it apart.
  2. Step 2

    Bake the bagels in the oven for 5 minutes, halve them horizontally, and spread the cream cheese on the bottom halves. Distribute the watercress and smoked salmon on top, season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  3. Step 3
