A dirty martini is a must for savoury cocktail lovers – we like using the brine from a jar of gherkins or, for an aromatic twist, try brine from a jar of preserved lemons
- Serves: 1 person
- 50ml dry gin
- 10ml dry white vermouth
- 7 ½ml brine from a jar of pickles, plus a pickle to garnish
Step 1Stir the gin, vermouth and pickle brine together with ice in a mixing glass until the outside of the glass feels very cold. Strain into a frozen martini glass and garnish with a pickle.
