Anchovy, Silverskin Onion and Preserved Lemon Dipping Oil Recipe
Briny silverskin onions and pickles bring a tang to this dipping oil, as well as being salty from chopped anchovies and floral with fresh basil.
Ingredients
- ¾pint of olive oil
- 2tbsp of anchovy fillets, finely chopped
- 2garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2tbsp of silverskin onions, finely chopped
- 2tbsp of preserved lemon, finely chopped
- 2tbsp of pickles, finely chopped
- 2tbsp of basil leaves
- flaky sea salt to season
- cracked black pepper to season
- bread, of your choice, freshly toasted
