Instructions
Step 1
Cut the beef fillet into 3mm thin slices and spread thinly on the plate. Pluck the burrata with your fingers and arrange on top.Step 2
Season the fillet and the burrata with salt and pepper and drizzle with the olive oil. Place the basil leaves and the petals of the cornflowers on the burrata.Step 3
