Ingredients
- 2large spoons lemon sorbet
- 2tbsp limoncello or vodka
- prosecco, chilled, to top up
Instructions
Step 1
Divide the lemon sorbet between two glasses. Add a shot of vodka or limoncello to each and top up with prosecco.Step 2
Spoon or pour into the cold glasses, scatter with lemon zest, and serve, topped up with more prosecco if you like. Eat with a teaspoon.
