Recipe Tip: Tarte flambée with leek & ham

- 1 packpre-rolled shortcrust pastry bases
- 60 gcreme frâiche
- 40 gham
- pepper, ground
Step 1Preheat the oven to 270°C (top & bottom heat) and prepare the tart bases straight from the fridge.
Step 2Place the 2 tart bases without baking paper on a baking tray.
Step 3Spread with the crème fraîche, leaving a 1cm border around the edges.
Step 4Top the bases with ham and finely chopped leek.
Step 5Bake the tarte flambée on the lowest rack of the oven for 7-9 minutes until crisp.
Step 6Finally, season with pepper.
