Ingredients
- 1 packpre-rolled shortcrust pastry bases
- 60 gcreme frâiche
- 40 gham
- leeks
- pepper, ground
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 270°C (top & bottom heat) and prepare the tart bases straight from the fridge.Step 2
Place the 2 tart bases without baking paper on a baking tray.Step 3
Spread with the crème fraîche, leaving a 1cm border around the edges.Step 4
Top the bases with ham and finely chopped leek.Step 5
Bake the tarte flambée on the lowest rack of the oven for 7-9 minutes until crisp.Step 6
Finally, season with pepper.
