Whisky and vermouth highball
Super refreshing and simple to make, a highball is perfect for those who prefer lighter whisky cocktails. Red vermouth adds a hit of bittersweet complexity

Ingredients
- 50ml blended scotch
- 15ml sweet red vermouth
- 75-100ml sparkling water
- orange peel , to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Put the blended scotch and sweet red vermouth in a chilled highball glass filled with ice. Gently stir and top with the sparkling water. Stir again and garnish with an orange twist.
