    1. Step 1

      Mix everything together and season to taste (it tastes less sweet frozen!).

      Pour into a suitable metal or enamel mould and freeze.
    3. Step 3

      After 1 hour, remove from the freezer and roughly mix with a fork. Freeze for a further 2 hours, then scrape through vigorously with the tines of a fork to get icy flakes.

      Cover with foil and freeze until required. Up to this point, the recipe can be prepared up to 3 days in advance

      Before serving, scrape again vigorously to obtain even crystals and pour into chilled glasses.
