Ingredients
- 300 ggreek yogurt
- 100 gmascarpone
- 1 tablespoonmango chutney
- olive oil
- drizzleargan or toasted sesame oil (optional)
- 1lemon, zested
- salt
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the yoghurt and mascarpone in a small bowl.Step 2
Stir in the mango chutney, olive oil and the argan oil, if using.Step 3
Add the lemon zest, season with salt, mix well and leave to infuse for 15 minutes before serving.
