- 50ml hot espresso
- 20g dark chocolate
- 2scoops of good-quality chocolate gelato
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the espresso over the chocolate, stirring until melted. If it significantly cools down the espresso, quickly warm for 5 seconds in the microwave.Step 2
Divide the gelato between espresso cups and pour over the espresso mixture.
