Recipe Tip: Rum Balls with Macadamia Butter

- 250 gsweet macadamia nut butter
- 15butter biscuits
- 100 gflour
- 2egg yolks
- 1 shot(s)rum
- somecoconut shavings
Step 1Beat together macadamia nut butter, egg yolks and rum in a bowl with a mixer.
Step 2Crush the butter biscuits and add them to the mixture gradually.
Step 3Stir in sifted flour until desired consistency is achieved.
Step 4Form small balls, roll them in a plate of shredded coconut, and place in paper cups.
Step 5Let cool in the refrigerator.
