Ingredients
- 250 gsweet macadamia nut butter
- 15butter biscuits
- 100 gflour
- 2egg yolks
- 1 shot(s)rum
- somecoconut shavings
Instructions
Step 1
Beat together macadamia nut butter, egg yolks and rum in a bowl with a mixer.Step 2
Crush the butter biscuits and add them to the mixture gradually.Step 3
Stir in sifted flour until desired consistency is achieved.Step 4
Form small balls, roll them in a plate of shredded coconut, and place in paper cups.Step 5
Let cool in the refrigerator.
