'Nduja and honey wings
These BBQ chicken wings are tossed in a sauce made with Calabrian 'nduja, honey and lime.

Ingredients
- 6chicken wings, separated into drums and flats
- 4tbsp of'nduja
- 1tbsp ofhoney
- ½tspfish sauce
- 1tbsp oflime juice
- 1handful ofbasil leaves
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the ‘nduja, honey and fish sauce in a small saucepan and heat gently until combined. Stir in the lime juiceStep 2
To cook the wings, light a BBQ for indirect cooking, with the coals arranged either in the centre or off to one sideStep 3
Cook the wings over direct heat but close to the coals for around 30 minutes, or until golden and crisp all over (move them closer to the coals as they start to burn down)Step 4
Once cooked, toss with the sauce and garnish with the basil leaves
