Warm white bean dip with chorizo and prawns
Some ingredients are always worth keeping to hand – chorizo and white beans are the makings of this simple yet impressive dinner party dip

Ingredients
- 12mini cooking chorizos
- 150g raw peeled prawns
- 300g jar of white beans
- flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- bread, to serve
Instructions
Step 1
Fry the mini cooking chorizos in a small, dry frying pan over a low heat, turning until browned and released lots of oilStep 2
Tip out most of the oil, push the chorizo to one side of the pan and add the raw peeled prawns, and cook for a couple of minutes.Step 3
Meanwhile, purée the of white beans with any liquid from the jar and season well.Step 4
Warm it through then tip into a warmed dish, top with the chorizo and prawns, and scatter with chopped flat-leaf parsley. Serve with bread for scooping.
