Serve this classic Greek dip with grilled meat or fish, or as a dip with pitta and crudités
- Serves: 6 persons
- ½cucumber, trimmed
- 350g full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2small garlic cloves, finely crushed
- 2tbsp finely chopped dill fronds
- 2tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
- 1tbsp lemon juice
Step 1Coarsely grate the cucumber onto a clean tea towel, then squeeze out as much water as you can.
Step 2Combine the grated cucumber, yogurt, garlic, herbs and lemon juice. Season to taste before serving.
