S'mores coffee
Enjoy toasted marshmallow atop a caramel sauce-spiked espresso for a cosy and luxurious warming drink for chillier days

Ingredients
- 1tbsp raspberry jam
- 1double shot of espresso
- 30ml caramel sauce
- 150-200ml heated textured milk
- 2-3 medium marshmallows or 1 very large one
- 1cookie , crushed
- freeze-dried raspberry pieces or 1 fresh raspberry , to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Smear the jam roughly around the inside of a 225–350ml mug so it shows strong flashes of red. Add your espresso and caramel sauce, then pour the milk into the mug.Step 2
For that campfire feel, place 2–3 medium marshmallows or 1 very large one on a short skewer and lightly toast. Place the skewer on top of the mug and sprinkle with crushed cookie and dried raspberry pieces or a whole fresh raspberry.
