- 100 glemon sorbet
- 1lemon, zest
- 50 mlvodka
- 30 mlProsecco
- 30 mlwhipping cream

Chill the serving glasses in the fridge.Step 2
Allow the lemon sorbet to thaw slightly. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Then whip the cream and sorbet together using a hand mixer until creamy.Step 3
Whisk in the vodka, finely grated lemon zest and Prosecco.Step 4
Fill the pre-chilled glasses with the mix and serve immediately.Step 5
