- 100 glemon sorbet
- 1lemon, zest
- 50 mlvodka
- 30 mlProsecco
- 30 mlwhipping cream
Step 1Chill the serving glasses in the fridge.
Step 2Allow the lemon sorbet to thaw slightly. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Then whip the cream and sorbet together using a hand mixer until creamy.
Step 3Whisk in the vodka, finely grated lemon zest and Prosecco.
Step 4Fill the pre-chilled glasses with the mix and serve immediately.
Step 5Garnish with a mint leaf.

Step 7Coconut or mango ice cream - rum - prosecco - coconut milk
