Ingredients
- ice cubes
- 45ml of vodka
- 25ml of Cointreau
- 25ml of lime juice
- 25ml of cranberry juice
- 80ml of Nix & Kix Sparkling Watermelon & Hibiscus, chilled
- watermelon wedges, to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the vodka, Cointreau, fresh lime and cranberry juice into a cocktail shaker. Half-fill it with ice, then seal and shake well to chillStep 2
Fill a Collins glass with ice and strain in the vodka mix. Top up with the chilled Nix & Kix Sparkling Watermelon Hibiscus. Gently stir and serve garnished with watermelon wedges threaded onto a cocktail pick
