Rice Bubble Cake

Ingredients
- 125grams Tararua Butter
- 125grams Chelsea White Sugar
- 2Tbsp Honey
- 4cups Rice Bubbles
Instructions
Step 1
Combine Tararua Butter, Chelsea White Sugar and honey in a pot and boil for 5 minutes. Add rice bubbles and stir.Step 2
Spread in buttered slice tray and cut while still warm.
