Baked feta with roasted grapes and rosemary
Salty feta pairs perfectly with sweet, juicy roasted grapes and makes for a starter with zero prep time on the day of your dinner party
- Serves: 4 persons
- 200g block of feta
- 200g red grapes
- 2rosemary sprigs
- 2tbsp olive oil
- runny honey
- focaccia, to serve
Step 1Put two sheets of foil just larger than an A4 piece of paper over one another on a worksurface. Position the feta in the middle. Add the grapes around it, along with the rosemary, broken into smaller sprigs. Drizzle with the olive oil and honey, and season with black pepper. Scrunch up the sides and seal the parcel. Chill until ready to serve – up to 24 hrs.
Step 2Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and bake for 30-35 mins or until the grapes have burst and the feta is soft. Serve with warmed focaccia for dunking.
