Frozen elderflower and watermelon daiquiri
Our frozen elderflower and watermelon daiquiri recipe is the perfect cocktail for a hot summer day.

Ingredients
- 900g of watermelon, (no skin, seedless varieties are best)
- 100g of Belvoir Farm elderflower cordial
- 2limes, juiced
- 300ml ofwhite rum, (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Begin by freezing the watermelon. Remove the skin and chop into large chunks, then place in the freezer and leave to freeze for a minimum of 4 hoursStep 2
Once frozen solid, transfer the watermelon chunks to a blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend on high speed until smooth. Don’t over blend as this will melt the drinkStep 3
Transfer into 6 glasses and serve up immediately
