White wine sangria
Do something different if you're entertaining this summer – mix up a jug of our simple white sangria with delicate elderflower and seasonal fruity flavours
- Serves: 1 person
- 2oranges, roughly chopped
- 1bottle of dry white wine
- 50ml brandy
- 50ml elderflower liqueur
- 400-500g plums, nectarines and peaches, halved and stoned
- lemonade, to top up
Step 1Muddle the oranges in a large jug, then mix in the wine, brandy and liqueur. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour to let the flavours mingle.
Step 2Add the fruit and top up with the lemonade, then stir well and serve over ice in tumblers or copa de balon glasses.
