Recipe Tip: Panna Cotta in a Glass

- 500 gwhipping cream
- 125 ggranulated sugar
- 2vanilla pods
- 1 pinch(es)salt
- 7 ggelatine (approx. 4 leaves)
- Rum for serving
Step 1For a particularly exquisite panna cotta, pour the liquid through a sieve to remove any remains of the vanilla pod.
Step 2For an even distribution of the vanilla pulp, place the liquid in the refrigerator for 1 to 1.5 hours before pouring into glasses.
