Recipe Tip: Raspberry Power Porridge

- 200 mloat milk
- 3 tablespoonporridge oats
- 1apple grated
- 1 pinch(es)salt
- 5fresh raspberries
- 50 graspberry jam
- 1 tablespoonground flax seed
Step 1In a small saucepan, bring the porridge oats to the boil with the oat milk, grated apple and sultanas and simmer for approx. 8 min. Season with a pinch of salt. Add cinnamon, allspice or a little turmeric if you like.
Step 2Allow the porridge to cool briefly and sprinkle with fresh raspberries, raspberry jam, walnuts and flax seeds.
