Piña colada martini
A bright and easy cocktail that’s sure to put a spring in your step – made with gin, coconut rum and pineapple juice for the classic piña colada flavour

Ingredients
- 25ml gin
 - 50ml coconut rum
 - 100ml pineapple juice
 - ice
 - fresh pineapple wedge, to serve (optional)
 - coriander or mint sprig, to serve (optional)
 
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the gin, coconut rum and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice and shake until the shaker feels ice-cold. Strain into two glasses and serve. If you like, you can garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple, or a coriander or mint sprig.
