Recipe Tip: Smoked Salmon Bagels - Falstaff

- 150 gcream cheese
- 120 gsmoked salmon
- teaspoon(s)lemon juice
- 2 sprig(s)dill, leaves chopped
- lemon wedges, to serve
Step 1Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2Cut the bagels in half, then bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
Step 3Spread the bottom half of each bagel with the cream cheese, top with the smoked salmon, season with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Step 4Sprinkle with the dill and finish with the top halves of the bagels. Serve with lemon wedges.
