Olive martini
Add a touch of sophistication to your next martini with Guindilla pepper brine and manzanilla sherry. Don't forget the green olive to garnish

Ingredients
- 45ml vodka or gin
- 5ml manzanilla sherry (we use Diatomists)
- 25ml Guindilla pepper brine, plus a pepper to garnish
- 1tsp lemon juice (or up to 2 tsp)
- pinch of sea salt flakes
- green olive, to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Pour all of the ingredients (except the olive and pepper) into a shaker, add 4-5 ice cubes and stir until the shaker is cold – do not shake. Strain and pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with a Guindilla pepper and a green olive on a cocktail stick.
