Ingredients
- 350 gcaster sugar
- 12egg yolks, beaten
- 1 ½ kgmascarpone
- finger biscuits (as needed)
- 300 mlstrong coffee
- 50 gcocoa powder
Instructions
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl and using an electric hand mixer, combine the sugar and egg yolks, then add the mascarpone and blend until smooth.Step 2
Dip the biscuits briefly in the coffee and remove them after a few seconds, so they have just absorbed the coffee.Step 3
Cover the bottom of a glass with the mascarpone cream, top with biscuits (if they are too long, break them into shape), cover with another layer of mascarpone, and finally dust with cocoa.Step 4
Serve chilled.
