Lemon margarita with raspberry
Easy, speedy and pink-tinged thanks to Chambord liqueur, this is a deliciously refreshing drink to enjoy all summer long

Ingredients
- 50ml silver tequila
- 25ml lemon juice
- 25ml Chambord
- raspberries , to garnish (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the tequila into a cocktail shaker with the lemon juice and Chambord. Add a large handful of ice and shake well until the shaker feels ice-cold. Double-strain into an ice-filled tumbler and serve. If you like, rub a little lemon juice around the glass first, then dip in sea salt flakes. You could also garnish with a few raspberries, too.
