    1. Step 1

      Pour water, sugar and cinnamon into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add the chestnuts and mash with a fork or use a hand blender.
    2. Step 2

      Put about a tablespoon of the chestnut purée into a large glass, pour in the espresso and stir well. Froth the milk, sweeten with vanilla sugar and pour into the glass.
    3. Step 3

      Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and caramelised chestnuts on top. The autumnal coffee treat is ready!
