Recipe Tip: Gin & Tonic Sorbet

    1. Step 1

      Put the water and sugar in a pan and bring to a simmer.
    2. Step 2

      Stir until the sugar has dissolved, then remove the pan from the heat.
    3. Step 3

      Measure out the lemon juice, add to the water-sugar mixture, stir well and leave to cool.
    4. Step 4

      Then add the tonic water and the gin.
    5. Step 5

      Put the mixture in an ice cream maker and once the sorbet is firm and frozen, pour into chilled glasses and enjoy.
