Herby Yoghurt Sauce
This yoghurt sauce by Dimitris Chalimourdas goes wonderfully with vegetables as well as meat.
- Serves: 8 persons
Ingredients
- 250g natural greek yoghurt
- 20ml white wine vinegar
- 20ml olive oil
- 10g dill, finely chopped
- grated zest of one lemon
- Prisen salt
- Prisen freshly ground pepper
- Prisen paprika powder (for garnish)

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and garnish with the paprika powder.
