- 140g frozen mango chunks
- ½frozen banana
- a large handful of kale leaves, washed
- 240ml coconut water
Step 1Put the frozen fruit into a blender. Top with the kale and coconut water and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
