- 1avocado
- 2eggs
- pinch(es)salt
- pinch(es)pepper
- 1 handfuldiced bacon lardons, fried until crisp (optional), to serve
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C.Step 2
Halve and stone the avocado and remove some of the flesh from the inside with a spoon.Step 3
Place the avocado halves in a baking dish and crack an egg into each hole. Season with salt and pepper and top each avocado half with a slice of raclette.Step 4
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked.Step 5
Sprinkle over the fried bacon lardons, if using, to serve.Step 6
