      Preheat the oven to 220°C.

      Halve and stone the avocado and remove some of the flesh from the inside with a spoon.

      Place the avocado halves in a baking dish and crack an egg into each hole. Season with salt and pepper and top each avocado half with a slice of raclette.

      Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked.
