      Mix minced meat, beaten egg and parsley.

      Add salt and pepper and then the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs, a little at a time, until you get a mixture that is not too sticky.

      Shape the mixture into small balls.

      Sauté the garlic and onion until light brown.

      Add the sausage pieces and sauté for a few minutes.

      Deglaze with red wine and cook until the alcohol has evaporated.
