- 400 gsilken tofu
- 2spring onions
- 2 cmginger, peeled
- 40 mlsoy sauce
- 1 tablespoonfreshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 tablespoonspumpkin seed oil
Step 1Remove the tofu from the refrigerator, divide into four cubes and place in serving bowls.
Step 2Cut spring onions into strips, slice the peeled ginger into thin batons and sprinkle both over the tofu.
Step 3Mix the soy sauce, lemon juice and pumpkin seed oil, pour over the tofu cubes and serve.
