- 400 gsilken tofu
 - 2spring onions
 - 2 cmginger, peeled
 - 40 mlsoy sauce
 - 1 tablespoonfreshly squeezed lemon juice
 - 4 tablespoonspumpkin seed oil

Step 1
Remove the tofu from the refrigerator, divide into four cubes and place in serving bowls.Step 2
Cut spring onions into strips, slice the peeled ginger into thin batons and sprinkle both over the tofu.Step 3
Mix the soy sauce, lemon juice and pumpkin seed oil, pour over the tofu cubes and serve.
