- 200 gground walnuts
- 100 gwhole walnuts
- 6egg yolks
- 6 tablespoonsugar
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the sugar and egg yolks until fluffy, then mix in the ground and whole walnuts gradually.Step 2
Portion out with a tablespoon and place on a baking tray (about twelve large blobs).Step 3
Bake at 180°C for about 12 minutes.
