- 200 gground walnuts
- 100 gwhole walnuts
- 6egg yolks
- 6 tablespoonsugar
Step 1Beat the sugar and egg yolks until fluffy, then mix in the ground and whole walnuts gradually.
Step 2Portion out with a tablespoon and place on a baking tray (about twelve large blobs).
Step 3Bake at 180°C for about 12 minutes.
