Just three ingredients – anchovies, guindilla peppers and olives – are all you need to make this effortless Spanish-style snack

Ingredients
- 9guindilla peppers
- 9white marinated anchovy fillet
- 9fat olives
- glass of chilled vermouth (garnish red vermouth with an orange slice, if you like)
- bowl of smoked almonds, to serve
Instructions
Step 1
Fold one of nine Guindilla peppers onto a wooden skewer, fold a white marinated anchovy fillet in the same way and thread it on top of the pepper, and finish with a fat olive.Step 2
Repeat with another eight peppers, anchovies and olives.Step 3
Arrange on a plate and serve with glasses of chilled vermouth (garnish red vermouth with an orange slice, if you like) and a bowl of smoked almonds.
