Recipe Tip: Cauliflower & Broccoli Salad

    1. Step 1

      Rinse the broccoli and cauliflower, divide both into florets and steam for 10 minutes.
    2. Step 2

      Meanwhile, peel and dice the red onion.
    3. Step 3

      Put the steamed broccoli, cauliflower, onion, cranberries and cashew nuts in a large bowl (setting aside a few nuts and cranberries for garnishing).
    4. Step 4

      Add the dressing and mix well. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
    5. Step 5

      To serve, garnish with the remaining cashew nuts, cranberries or sultanas and pear slices.
