Chocolate Brownie
Serves: 6 Cook Time: 30 minutes Preheat oven to 175C

- 1 ¾Cupssugar
- 1 ½teaspoonsVanilla
- ¼teaspoonsalt
- 3egg
- cup1 Cocoa Powder
- ⅓cupflour

Preheat oven to 175C (350F) Line with baking paper orgenerously Spray with CookingSpray a 20 or 25cm square cake orslice tinIn a large saucepan melt buttercompletely on a mediumtemperatureRemove from the heat and whiskor beat into the butter the sugar,vanilla and salt until creamy,approx. 1 minute - good arm workout if you use a whisk!Add the eggs one and a time -whisking well in between untilcompletely combinedAdd the cocoa and flour and stiruntil just combined.Pour into the prepared PanBake for 25 minutes then test -may take up to 40 minutes
