Mango rum punch
Inspired by classic Caribbean rum punches, this lightly sparkling pitcher drink is made with Nix & Kix Sparkling Mango Ginger.

Ingredients
- 150ml of white rum
- 150ml of dark rum
- 90ml of lime juice
- 180ml of mango juice
- 8dashes of Angostura bitters
- 250ml of Nix & Kix Sparkling Mango & Ginger, chilled
- freshly grated nutmeg, to serve
- lime wheels and maraschino cherries, to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the white and dark rum into a pitcher, then add the lime juice, mango juice and Angostura bitters. Stir to combine, then chill in the fridge for 1–2 hoursStep 2
When you’re ready to serve, take the pitcher out of the fridge and stir in the mango and ginger sparkling water. Fill 4 hurricane glasses with ice, then pour in the punch. Grate a little fresh nutmeg over each glass. Thread the lime wheels and maraschino cherries onto four cocktail picks and drop one into each glass to garnish
