Mango rum punch

Inspired by classic Caribbean rum punches, this lightly sparkling pitcher drink is made with Nix & Kix Sparkling Mango Ginger.

  1. Step 1

    Pour the white and dark rum into a pitcher, then add the lime juice, mango juice and Angostura bitters. Stir to combine, then chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours
  2. Step 2

    When you’re ready to serve, take the pitcher out of the fridge and stir in the mango and ginger sparkling water. Fill 4 hurricane glasses with ice, then pour in the punch. Grate a little fresh nutmeg over each glass. Thread the lime wheels and maraschino cherries onto four cocktail picks and drop one into each glass to garnish
