Bakewell tart fizz
We've turned the classic British Bakewell tart into a fizz cocktail by adding cherry liqueur and nutty amaretto. It's the perfect dessert tipple

Ingredients
- 25ml gin
- 1tbsp lemon juice
- ½tbsp orgeat or amaretto
- ½-1 tbsp cherry liqueur or brandy
- dry rosé sparking wine
- lemon twist or maraschino cherry, to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Put the first four ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake hard, then strain into a chilled champagne flute, top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist or maraschino cherry.
