Recipe Tip: Chocolate “Sausage”

Ingredients
- 2egg yolks
- 100 gsugar
- 150 gsoftened butter
- 2 tablespooncocoa
- 2 tablespoonrum
- 200 gbutter biscuits, crumbled
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar throughly.Step 2
Add the butter, cocoa and rum.Step 3
Finally, mix in the crumbled biscuit.Step 4
Shape into a sausage-like roll, wrap in cling film and chill.Step 5
Slice into pieces and arrange on a plate.
