    1. Step 1

      In a bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar throughly.
    2. Step 2

      Add the butter, cocoa and rum.
    3. Step 3

      Finally, mix in the crumbled biscuit.
    4. Step 4

      Shape into a sausage-like roll, wrap in cling film and chill.
    5. Step 5

      Slice into pieces and arrange on a plate.
