Recipe Tip: Chocolate “Sausage”

- 2egg yolks
- 100 gsugar
- 150 gsoftened butter
- 2 tablespooncocoa
- 2 tablespoonrum
- 200 gbutter biscuits, crumbled
Step 1In a bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar throughly.
Step 2Add the butter, cocoa and rum.
Step 3Finally, mix in the crumbled biscuit.
Step 4Shape into a sausage-like roll, wrap in cling film and chill.
Step 5Slice into pieces and arrange on a plate.
