Cinnamon toast crunch coffee

Transform your favourite cereal into a warming autumnal drink with filter coffee, spices and topped with cream - you can even try it cold, too

  1. Step 1

    Place your favourite cereal in a bowl and pour over the milk. Stir and leave to soak for 5 minutes. Brew the coffee, add the cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla and stir well.
  2. Step 2

    Pour the cereal-soaked milk into the coffee (holding back the cereal). Top with whipped cream and sprinkle some fresh crunchy cereal on top to garnish. Squiggle chocolate or caramel sauce over everything or garnish with mini marshmallows, if you like, and serve.
