Air-fryer sweet potato fries
Achieve one of your five-a-day in with these crispy fries.
Ingredients
- 2sweet potatoes (roughly 400g), sliced into 1.5cm-thick chips
- 1tbsp olive oil
- ½tbsp Cajun-style seasoning

Step 1
Put the sweet potato chips in a large bowl and drizzle over the olive oil. Sprinkle over the Cajun-style seasoning and plenty of salt and pepper, and toss well to combine.Step 2
Heat the air-fryer to 180C. Arrange the chips in the basket, making sure they’re not overcrowded (if they are crowded, cook them in batches). Cook for 30-35 mins, giving them a good shake halfway through cooking. Serve alongside the air-fryer salmon for a delicious midweek meal.
