Morchella house negroni with Cynar
Cynar, a bitter herbal liqueur made from artichoke leaves, joins Campari in Morchella's twist on the classic Italian cocktail. Garnish with a wedge of blood orange to serve

Ingredients
- 20ml Cynar
- 20ml gin
- 20ml Campari
- 20ml Antica Formula vermouth
- ice
- blood orange wedge , to serve
Instructions
Step 1
Stir together all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass until the mixture slightly loosens, then pour into an ice-filled glass and garnish with the blood orange wedge.Step 2
Add ice and stir for 30 seconds or until the glass is really chilled.Step 3
Garnish with orange peel before serving.
