Air fryer halloumi fries
Enjoy these easy air fryer halloumi fries in only 15 minutes. Dunk into a gorgeous fat-free Greek yogurt dip with pomegranate molasses

Ingredients
- 2x 225g blocks halloumi
- 2tbsp plain flour
- ½tsp oregano
- ¼tsp garlic powder
- 100g fat-free greek yogurt
- pomegranate molasses, to serve
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the halloumi blocks through the middle, then into chips. Pat dry with kitchen paper and set aside. Stir together the flour, oregano and garlic powder, and season with black pepper. Toss the halloumi chips in the mixture until well coated.Step 2
Heat the air fryer to 180C. Using tongs, lay the fries in the basket in a single layer and cook for 12-15 mins, carefully flipping them halfway through. Arrange on a plate to serve, alongside the yogurt drizzled with pomegranate molasses for dipping.
