King Prawns with Thai-style dipping sauce

    Instructions

    1. Step 1

      Devein and peel the prawns. Lightly drizzle with olive oil. Cook on a barbecue at a medium heat for three and a half minutes each side.
    2. Step 2

      While prawns are cooking, mix all the ingredients for the dipping sauce (can be made ahead of time). 
    3. Step 3

      Chiffonade iceberg lettuce to sit the prawns on. Serve hot.
