King Prawns with Thai-style dipping sauce

- 4-6 king prawns
- 1tbsp chopped fresh red chili
- 2tbsp lime juice
- 2tbsp chopped fresh garlic (chunky)
- 1 ½tbsp Thai fish sauce
Step 1Devein and peel the prawns. Lightly drizzle with olive oil. Cook on a barbecue at a medium heat for three and a half minutes each side.
Step 2While prawns are cooking, mix all the ingredients for the dipping sauce (can be made ahead of time).
Step 3Chiffonade iceberg lettuce to sit the prawns on. Serve hot.
