King Prawns with Thai-style dipping sauce

Ingredients
- 4-6 king prawns
- 1tbsp chopped fresh red chili
- 2tbsp lime juice
- 2tbsp chopped fresh garlic (chunky)
- 1 ½tbsp Thai fish sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Devein and peel the prawns. Lightly drizzle with olive oil. Cook on a barbecue at a medium heat for three and a half minutes each side.Step 2
While prawns are cooking, mix all the ingredients for the dipping sauce (can be made ahead of time).Step 3
Chiffonade iceberg lettuce to sit the prawns on. Serve hot.
