- 500g passionfruit, pulp
- ½pineapple, peeled, core removed, chopped
- 2cups Chelsea White Sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Combine fruit in a large saucepan with sugar.Step 2
Stir over a low heat 10 minutes until Chelsea White Sugar dissolves. Do not allow to boil.Step 3
Increase heat to medium and simmer gently, without stirring, 25-35 minutes, until setting point is reached.Step 4
Ladle into warm, sterilised jars. When cool, seal and label.Step 5
Makes 2 cups.
