    Combine fruit in a large saucepan with sugar.
  2. Step 2

    Stir over a low heat 10 minutes until Chelsea White Sugar dissolves. Do not allow to boil.
  3. Step 3

    Increase heat to medium and simmer gently, without stirring, 25-35 minutes, until setting point is reached.
  4. Step 4

    Ladle into warm, sterilised jars. When cool, seal and label.
  5. Step 5

    Makes 2 cups.
